Charming walled-in court yard with flowers and a palm tree

Lovely light filled village house in the old centre of Canillas de Albaida. From the entrance you step into a large living/dining room (with double French doors and a fire place between them) which to the left leads out to the kitchen which again gives access out to the most charming walled-in court yard with flowers and a palm tree. Between the kitchen and the living room there is also a toilet. From the ground floor steps up to the first floor which from the landing (used as a small office) leads you to two double bed rooms and a bath room. One bed room is over looking the court yard the other - from a balcony - the street. From 1st floor another flight of stairs up to a very large roof terrace with splendid views of the mountains, the village and the Sea in the South.
