This town house was completely renovated a few years ago in the typical Spanish rustic style using decorative wooden beams, doors, windows and terracota tiling. Many of the original features have been respected and the ambience is one of charm and character. As very typical in these old houses, one enters directly into a dining area with a wood burning stove. From this area you continue into a large living-room and a spacious kitchen. At the back of the house there is a pretty, partly covered patio with some lovely flowers and plants and a nice view. A flight of steps goes up from the living-room to the first floor which comprises two large bedrooms (one with space for three beds ) the other one with an en suite bathroom and both with airconditioning/heating units. Also on this level there is another bathroom and a little patio ideal for drying clothes and storage. Another staircase leads up to the terrace which has a sun screen that can cover the terrace to provide some shade on hot summer days. From the terrace there are some lovely views over Lake Vinuela, the Mediterranean and the mountains of Sierra Tejeda.
