The property has been completely renovated. The house is built around a very cosy open patio. From the patio one door opens into a very large bedroom with a sitting area and en suite bathroom. A flight of stairs leads up to a living-room (with very nice wood burner) with an open style kitchen, a shower room and a lovely terrace with a barbecue. From the terrace one can enjoy lovely views of the mountains of Sierra Tejeda and the surrounding area. Stairs lead from the terrace back down to the patio. The other door on the patio leads to two other bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. From one of the bedrooms one can go down to a little apartment which also has its own entrance door from the street. The apartment consists of a living-room with an open style kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping corner for a double bed.
