One can enjoy the splendid views over Lake Viñuela

This charming town house is situated in the centre of the white-washed mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno. It has recently been built in the typical Spanish traditional style using wooden beams and doors and terracotta tiling. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a separate spacious bathroom. A flight of stairs leads up the dining/living room with open style kitchen. There is a spacious built-in cupboard. The top floor provides space for a washing machine and some storage and has a large terrace from where one can enjoy the splendid views over Lake Viñuela, the Mediterranean, the town and mountains of the Sierra Tejeda Wildlife Reserve. The whole house has under floor heating. Mains water and electricity are connected.
