This villa is situated in Rio Bermuza, a green and fertile valley

This villa has been recently built and is designed in such a way that it would be very simple to transform it into two independent apartments each with a separate entrance. From the street one enters the first large living/dining-room with a fireplace and an adjoining modern kitchen with larder. On this floor there is a toilet that is entered from the outside but it would be very easy to have access from the kitchen. At the back of the living room there is a large terrace.
