All around the house there are large terraces and a cosy patio

This lovely villa is currently run as a B&B. There is a direct access for the main road between Sedella en Canillas de Aceituno via a concrete private road and the house has a private parking space and a garage. There are two spacious guestrooms with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms (each with their own electric boiler). The main house consists of a very large living/dining room with 11 meters of sliding glass windows, a fully fitted half open kitchen (fridge, extractor, dish washer, oven, micro wave, 5 hob gas cooker), a huge master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. In the living room there is central heating, a wood burning stove and air-conditioning (hot and cold). The master bedroom has a modern electric radiator with thermostat.

Each of the guestrooms and the master bedroom has some private terrace space in front. All around the house there are large terraces and a cosy patio. The pool is communal with six other properties. There is a mature garden apricot, lemon, cherry, fig and olive trees and lots of beautiful flowers. From the terraces and the garden there are some lovely views of the Mediterranean, the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda Wildlife Reserve and the surrounding countryside. There is a land line for telephone/internet, a large water tank and a laundry space.
